Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Renwood Recycling & Disposal online scheduling app and its related quote, contract-signing, and app information pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the online service; contact Renwood for assistance through another channel.
The online service
The app helps authorized staff manage customer records, dumpster inventory, bookings, quotes, deliveries, pickups, and work records. Customers may receive private links to review a quote or sign an agreement. Features and availability may change as the app develops.
Authorized access
Staff access is granted individually by an administrator. A Google account or matching company email domain alone does not authorize access. Use only your own account, protect your credentials and private links, and promptly report suspected misuse. You must be authorized to provide information or act for a business or customer when using the service on their behalf.
Accurate information and responsible use
Provide accurate information and review quotes, dates, addresses, work entries, and agreements before submitting them. Do not access another person’s records without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload harmful material, or use the app for unlawful activity. Do not share private quote or signing links with unintended recipients.
Rental agreements and electronic records
These terms cover the online software. Pricing, rental duration, accepted materials, delivery and pickup conditions, cancellation obligations, and other rental-specific terms are governed by the applicable quote and rental agreement. These online-service terms do not replace or amend a signed rental agreement.
Review the document and any consent presented before signing. Submitting a signature through the designated signing flow records your intent to sign that displayed agreement. The service preserves the signed document and associated audit information. Contact Renwood if you need help accessing an agreement or require another way to complete it.
Your information
You retain rights you hold in information and documents you submit. You authorize Renwood and its service providers to use and process them as needed to provide the requested service and maintain related records. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information.
Availability, corrections, and access changes
We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but it may be unavailable or contain errors. Contact Renwood to resolve discrepancies or urgent scheduling needs rather than relying solely on an unavailable or incorrect screen. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, account changes, or security concerns. Ending account access does not cancel an existing rental agreement or remove records that need to be retained.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, and communications depend on third-party providers. Your direct use of Google or another provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms. Renwood does not control independently operated third-party services.
Updates and questions
We may update these online-service terms and will show the effective date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively and do not change the terms of a previously signed rental agreement without the required agreement of the parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
