Renwood

Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This policy explains how Renwood Recycling & Disposal (“Renwood,” “we,” or “us”) handles information through the Renwood scheduling app, its customer quote and contract links, and these app information pages. It does not describe unrelated websites or independently operated third-party services.

Information used by the app

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate authorized users, manage rentals and jobs, prepare and deliver quotes and agreements, record signatures, communicate about requested services, maintain business records, troubleshoot errors, and protect access to the app.

Google account information is used for authentication and account administration. Signing in with Google does not automatically grant staff access: an administrator must provision an active app profile. The app does not use Google account information for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

Authorized Renwood staff and service providers process information as needed to operate the service. Depending on the feature in use, these providers include Clerk and Google for authentication; Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security; Supabase for application data and documents; Resend for email; Twilio for text-message delivery; and PostHog for operational analytics and error reporting. During the authentication transition, existing accounts and historical authentication records may remain with Supabase.

We may disclose relevant records when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish or protect rights relating to the service. We do not sell personal information collected through this app or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and authentication

The app and its authentication providers use cookies or similar browser storage to establish sessions, remember authentication state, and support security checks. Blocking these technologies may prevent staff sign-in. Public quote and contract links contain access tokens; treat them as private and share them only with intended recipients.

Retention and security

Records are retained according to their purpose, including ongoing service, business recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal obligations. Signed agreements and audit history may need to remain available after account access ends; disabling or deleting a login does not automatically remove those records. We use access controls and other technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Contact garrett@agcgroup.ai to request access to or correction of information, ask about deletion, or report an account or privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the records involved. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and the need to preserve agreements, audit records, and other legitimate business records. You can also disconnect the app in your Google account settings; that does not by itself delete Renwood’s existing records.

Use the preferences or instructions in service communications, where provided, to manage optional messages. Essential account and requested-service communications may still be necessary.

Children and changes

This business app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the effective date on this page.
